Data Policy

YA Market OS is an operations dashboard for Shopee and TikTok Shop stores, operated by Y.A. ALMA LEGACY. This page explains what we read, what we write, and how we protect your data.

What we read

• Products, inventory and prices.
• Orders and shipping status.
• Buyer chats.
• Returns and cancellations.
• Finance: payouts, fees and settlements.
• Shop performance metrics.
• Ads performance, balance and campaign settings.
• If a TikTok ad account is linked (TikTok Marketing API): account name, campaigns and daily spend and sales figures, read-only.
• Public competitor market prices, only from the official Shopee Affiliate Open API; no scraping.

What we write

We change nothing in your store until you press the confirm button yourself, and only on the single store you selected. Every action is shown for review before it runs and is logged.

AI assistant

When you ask, the assistant sends a summary of figures from the stores you can see to our AI provider (Anthropic), without buyer names, phone numbers or addresses. It only suggests and never acts on its own; every suggestion goes through the same review and confirmation. It can be turned off per section in Settings.

Protection

• Access tokens are encrypted at rest.
• Sellers never give us their passwords; linking uses the official Shopee and TikTok Shop OAuth only.

Unlinking and deletion

When you unlink a store, its tokens and mirrored data are deleted within one day.
